Internship Program Overview
Gate City Bank’s summer internship program is designed to provide students with a challenging, meaningful, and supportive experience, closely mirroring the role of a full-time team member.
The 12-week program, running from May 19 – August 15, 2025, begins with an immersive orientation to the Bank and its leadership. Interns will receive:
On-the-Job Training: Meaningful day-to-day responsibilities that contribute to their teams.
Development Opportunities: A speaker series and skill-building sessions through lunch and learns.
Community Involvement: Volunteer opportunities to give back to our communities.

Internship Opportunity: Enterprise Risk!
The Enterprise Risk team is responsible for assisting in preventing losses to the Bank by minimizing the risk of fraud exposure.
Role Summary:
The selected intern will focus on supporting key initiatives with the Enterprise Risk team. This will include:
Working with the Chief Risk Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and more to complete projects regarding the risk assessment process.
Work on key components of the Bank's Risk Management System, including risk assessment of key products and services as well as due diligence on new, expanded or modified products, services, process and technology.

Time Commitment: Full-Time, May 19 – August 15, 2025
Eligibility: Must be an actively enrolled student, not graduating prior to August 2025.
Pay: 17.25
