POSITION PURPOSE: Group Facilitator

Provide group sessions conducive to client’s treatment goals. Complete Biopsychosocial assessments for incoming clients. Have access to supervision towards professional licensure, and continuing education in order to achieve your professional development goals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION:
  
  
  

Bachelors degree is preferred.

• EXPERIENCE:
  
  
  

3 years case management experience preferred

• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  
  
  

CRSW, Recovery Coach preferred

• KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE:
• Must be proficient in Computer skills
• Accuracy and urgency is essential to perform all tasks
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team
  
  
  

5*. SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO POSITION*

• Facilitate all clinical groups designated to you.
• Effective communication with the staff to ensure client safety.
• Innovate to effectively care for our clients.
• Report to the appropriate supervisor for all emergencies and/or concerns.
• Complete all documentation according to the internal company and licensing agencies policies.
• Complete the BPS for incoming clients within 24 business hours.
• Must follow all defined company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Must adhere to the professional code of ethics as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  
  
  

Summary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
