ABOUT THE JOB
In Versailles, we specialize in world class hydraulic couplings- Our process starts with raw metal components/materials that are heat treated, electroplated, bent, staked, packed, and shipped to our customers around the world
- A Machine Operator will spend most of their day reading blueprints, setting up machines, operating manufacturing equipment including presses and CNC's, and/or supporting the Plating Line and Waste Treatment area.

Shifts available:
- 12-Hour Night Shift (5 PM - 5 AM; 2-2-3 schedule)
- Flexibility required, to accommodate absences within the department
ABOUT YOU
Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.- Experience with chemicals and understanding of potential hazards preferred
- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
- Manufacturing or other mechanical experiences required
- Plumbing experience preferred
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Temperatures may vary in accordance with weather conditions and may be extreme. Gates is managed in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requires all employees to wear steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
