ABOUT THE JOB
- At our Galesburg plant, we specialize in the careful production of rubber, ensuring high-quality results with every step.
- Our process begins with raw materials, which are mixed, heated, and cooled for mill production.
- As a Production Operator, you will spend most of your day working collaboratively with others, lifting, measuring, mixing, and thoughtfully monitoring machinery and gauges to ensure smooth operations.
- Shifts available: 12 hours
- 7 am-7 pm
- 7 pm-7 am
ABOUT YOU
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
