As our Quality Auditor-Inspector audits manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with control plans and work instructions, maintaining alignment with customer quality requirements. This role works cross-functionally with the operations team to identify and correct any nonconformities, ensuring continuous process improvement.

As our Quality Auditor-Inspector audits manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with control plans and work instructions, maintaining alignment with customer quality requirements. This role works cross-functionally with the operations team to identify and correct any nonconformities, ensuring continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities (to Name a Few)
- Perform routine and random inspections on products, materials, and production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate results to production and management teams.
- Identify and investigate non-conformances, working with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to drive process improvements and enhance product consistency.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, audit logs, and compliance records.
- Effectively communicate and provide feedback and recommendations to improve quality awareness among employees
- Aid in problem-solving activities related to defects, customer complaints, or process deviations.
- Understand calibration systems and use the inspection tools and equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of quality excellence.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3 years in quality experience preferred
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
