- You'll serve as a business partner to the corporate leadership team and as a leader on human resource practices and strategies within the business.
- This position will report to the VP, Corporate HR.
- You will support management and employees by providing human resources advice and counsel, gathering and analyzing information, and directing them to the appropriate resources to resolve issues
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be able to review and benchmark onboarding surveys, manager surveys, employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, one-on-one feedback channels, and exit surveys to assess employee engagement, and suggest ways to improve on the employee experience.

Salary : $126,000 - $145,000
