POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vice President, Supply Chain Americas is a key leadership position, reporting to the Vice President, Americas Operations. This position will require an experienced supply chain leader able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment while leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will be challenged to build and implement best in class processes across the Americas enterprise to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns, lead times and working capital. The core functions of the position include strategic and tactical decision-making related to end-to-end integrated business planning to drive supply chain excellence within strategic objectives to deliver improved operating and financial results

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end to end integrated business planning to drive supply chain excellence, inclusive of master scheduling
- Drive sustainable, predictable weekly, monthly, quarterly output/revenue
- Manage 13 distribution centers, within the Americas region, ensuring efficient, standard operating warehouse and logistics practices to deliver 5% YoY productivity
- Manage regional procurement spend to deliver 5% YoY material cost out and stretch payables.
- Develop and drive inventory management tools resulting in best in class turns and customer delivery, including strategic inventory levels for top 100 SKUs
- Build supply chain organization including re-tooling core capabilities, tools & processes as well as succession
- Develop trust and alignment with commercial team to create demand plans and execute monthly supply plan
- Responsible for developing strategic master scheduling for all manufacturing sites in line with business priorities

Key Qualifications and Desired Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in integrated business planning (S&OP), master scheduling, production control, planning & DC/Logistics.
- Proven track record managing >$1B multi-region, multi-site supply chain operations.
- Strong leader with drive for results, bias for action, customer-focused, curious/analytical, able to work seamlessly between strategic and tactical.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration skills to motivate and influence outcomes at all organization levels, navigates matrix organization.
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves (Hands-On), working with complicated, disparate data sets and business systems.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) as well as Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
- Trained in Oliver Wight (certification or implementation experience).
TRAVEL:
In order to provide the appropriate support there will be 15-40% travel, within the Americas region.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role is responsible for the supervision of 4 Direct Reports inclusive of the following teams: Master Scheduler & Production Control, Integrated Business Planning Leader, Regional Director, Strategic Sourcing, and Director of Distribution and Logistics
.
EXPERIENCE:
- 15 years of Supply Chain Planning Experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be able to independently manage time, project execution, and personnel support needs which may span multiple sites simultaneously
- Ability to interpret and apply mathematical and statistical models and information
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, as well as team members from other areas of the organization including those in other nations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Project, and Access
- Experience implementing and/or using Oracle Value Chain Planning, SAP Integrated Business Planning, or other Advanced Planning System preferred
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and new systems as needed
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or STEM disciplines required
