Banquet Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events and banquets, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for guest relations, contributing to the smooth operation of our catering services.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the event.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Attend to guest needs promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas during and after events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed in various capacities related to catering and banquet services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $20.00 per hour
