Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership :
Oversee and manage daily activities of the project team, ensuring timelines are met and taking corrective action when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Lead cross-functional teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring that resources are available to meet project objectives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals.
Budget & Resource Management :
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet goals.
On-Site Supervision :
Supervise onsite commissioning and installation processes, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are followed.
Risk Management :
Proactively assess project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Certifications :
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
