Key Responsibilities :
Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all underground mining machinery.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions to prevent equipment failures.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to prolong the equipment's operational life.
Execute systematic checks, lubrication, and part replacements as necessary.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Operate machinery such as overhead cranes, forklifts, and boom trucks.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Over 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Essential knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems of heavy machinery.
Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP is preferred.
Must be capable of working independently while maintaining high safety standards.
