Conduct regular assessments of asset conditions and initiate necessary actions to maintain optimal performance.
- Gather and analyze operational data daily, providing clear guidelines for repairs in collaboration with the service team.
- Partner with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and offer hands-on support during system installations at customer sites.
- Participate in evaluations to determine asset maintenance needs and ensure timely interventions.
- Oversee equipment performance, assess downtime records, and identify failure patterns to inform maintenance strategies.
- Work closely with the diagnostics programming team, offering feedback to enhance system reliability.
- Assist in conducting root cause analyses of failures and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Support the planning and execution of projects aimed at enhancing system reliability.
- Contribute to life cycle costing analyses to inform financial decisions, such as determining whether to repair or replace assets approaching end-of-life.
