Gateway 26 is the biggest merchandise /casino arcade on the East coast.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee everyday activities
- Coach, counsel and develop store team members.
- Maintaining excellent guest focus and services.
- Oversee all training programs to ensure an adequate number of employees are available to sustain daily needs.
- Ensure successful implementation of all marketing strategies.
- Respond to guest and employee needs in a professional, prompt manner and find a balanced solution.
- Respond to guest services compliment/complaint calls for store.
- Ensure management responds to compliment/complaint calls. Monitor, measure and report on operational issues.
- Maintain consistency of interaction between team members and guests. Coach team members and take a hands-on approach to training.
