Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Support Specialist to assist a high-functioning female client with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will promote independence while providing support in various daily tasks, including:
- Assisting with personal care, such as showering and grooming
- Transportation to counseling appointments
- Encouraging healthy lifestyle choices and habits
- Motivating and facilitating participation in community activities
- Supporting social interactions with peers
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to encourage and empower clients in their daily activities
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- DL/Background check
schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am- 2:00pm
