RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on minimizing lead response times
- Educate customers on our offerings and assist with product selection
- Add and update customer interactions in our CRM keeping records current
- Respond promptly and professionally to missed calls and voicemails
- Maintain constant communication with the Inbound Sales Team to ensure that leads are promptly and properly handed off
- Other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field; experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with computers
HOURS
Scheduled working hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm
PAY
$18.00 – 21.00 per hour
