RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, building lasting relationships.
- Showcase a variety of cars while providing detailed information.
- Ensure that inventory is accurately represented.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with customers from all walks of life.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in inventory management software and online sales platforms.
- Passion for classic cars with a strong understanding of different makes and models.
- Detail-oriented mindset, able to assess the condition and value of classic cars accurately
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required, no open cases
- CRM experience is a plus
HOURS
Our Showrooms are open Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. Our employees work 5 days a week with Saturday as a required workday due to business levels. Scheduled days off are Sunday and an additional day off during the week depending upon showroom staffing levels. Scheduled working hours are from 8:45am-5:15pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
PAY
Commission based income with earning potential of $50,000 - $90,000
