Job Summary: Under limited supervision, coordinates a program, administrative, or technical operation requiring advanced knowledge of program operations, policies, and procedures. Provides guidance, consultation, and technical assistance and/or training to clients and others within the organization. May supervise.

- Serves as liaison between the program/administrative/technical operation, program management and clients. Solves problems independently based on knowledge of operation.
- Disburses information/benefits/and/or completes transactions according to program/operational procedures. May audit records or processes to determine compliance with program/operation guidelines.
- Researches and analyzes program/operation data; generates regular and ad hoc statistical and informational reports.
- Maintains financial, personnel, or related records of the program/operation. Establishes and maintains filing and record-keeping systems in support of program/operation.
- Provides training and technical assistance to clients, third party vendors, and others with in organization.
- Prepares memos, correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Responds to incoming mail, phone calls and electronic requests; initiates and prepares documents in support of program/operation. Distributes mail as appropriate.
- Monitors use and maintains supplies for program/operational unit. May purchase materials from outside vendors.

Required Education & Experience: Eighteen months of business school or college or eighteen months of experience in performing general office work to include duties such as secretarial, clerical, automated communication equipment usage, computer usage, accounting, and/or business management OR high school diploma or GED and 2 years full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in an area related to the position to include secretarial, clerical, automated communication equipment, computer sciences, accounting, and/or business mgmt.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in coordinating a program, administrative, or technical operation requiring advanced knowledge of program operations, policies, and procedures. Experience in supervision, administration, or management. Experience in customer service. Operation requiring advanced knowledge of program operations, policies, and procedures. Fluency in a foreign language related to the position procedures/validity determined by department.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some minor travel between Gateway sites is required.

Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer. Employee frequently uses fine hand/eye coordination, hearing and visual acuity. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant condition caused by noise, dust, etc. Employee must be able to travel between Gateway sites.
