Summary/Objective
The Receptionist provides efficient, professional, and courteous reception support over the telephone and in person, at all times ensuring high quality service to the general public and staff.
Essential Functions

- Answers phones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associates voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
- Greets and directs visitors and takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

Work Environment
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
Physical Demands
Some physical effort required but very limited exposure to physical risk. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit in front of the computer for extended periods of time; dexterity of hands of fingers.; bend at the wrist, kneel or reach; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area may be expected.

Valid Kentucky drivers license, reliable transportation, satisfactory criminal background, physical examination. Pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug testing as required. State required minimum vehicle liability insurance and uninsured motorist insurance. Any/all other testing or applicable checks required by local, state, or federal law.
