Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other company vehicles.
- unload products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Handle heavy lifting and moving of goods as required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar courier role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 150pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on the road.
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings.
