Job Title : Admin Assistant Creative Arts
Reports To : Senior Executive Assistant and Creative Arts Pastor
JOB OVERVIEW :
Gateway Fellowship is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Creative Arts. The Creative Arts Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative functions of the worship ministry, working closely with the Creative Arts Pastor to develop services that support and enhance the message of Gateway Fellowship. This position requires regular attendance at Gateway Fellowship to ensure alignment with the mission of the church.
As a member of the Gateway OneTeam, you will support and demonstrate an understanding of the church's mission : Helping people take their next step toward Christ. Key qualifications include possessing a character that reflects biblical godliness and demonstrates a meaningful, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Job Status / Schedule - Full-time, 40 hrs / wk. Sunday - Thursday, with occasional weekend events.

Salary - $16.67 - $18.00 / hr

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for carrying out the mission of Gateway Fellowship and its core values : Presenting Hope & Developing People.
- Provide spiritual care, guide, and support people in / through all stages and situations in their lives.
- Responsible for raising leaders in the church.
- Schedule, prepare, and participate in Creative Arts Team meetings
- Participate in weekly church staff meetings
- Manage Creative Arts Team (Music & Production) staff and volunteers including training, expectations, and communication
- Manage Planning Center Online
- Manage graphic & video requests
- Manage on-screen content for live and broadcast
- Manage department budget and accounting
- Manage green room and hospitality
- Regularly attend and assist with scheduled rehearsals
- Work as a team with other staff
- Process any departmental background checks as needed
- Schedule piano tunings for all four (4) pianos on campus
- Manage all Creative Arts subscription accounts (Planning Center, Vimeo, Podcast, Live Stream, all Copyright Licenses (CCLI, CVLI, Rehearsal, Streaming), Praise Charts, ProPresenter license, Music club accounts)
