Overview
Gateway is looking for a qualified Field Supervisor to provide oversight of daily operations of security personnel in the field ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures. The field supervisor will be responsible travel to various assigned accounts, conducting operations audits and inspections along with responding to operational needs and emergencies. Field supervisor will be required to communicate issues and submit required reporting documents.
Requirements:
Valid clean drivers license
Sora ID
2 years security field experience
Meet company requirements for drug tesing and back ground screening
Responsibilities
- Conduct tours of inside and or outside perimeters of client site
- Log in visitors/vendors/contractors when covering an open post
- Maintain a daily log of all activities for post
- Access control
- Foot patrol
- Post inspections
Operating company's vehicle in a safe manner to all sites for inspections
Ensure Security Officers has a valid SORA, in a GGO uniform, and has a GGO ID
Daily reporting (daily activity report) (vehicle inspection) (site reporting)
Post inspections
Emergency response
Communicating with management
Qualifications
- Superior Customer Service Skills and Professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proper Telephone Etiquette
- Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills
- A valid SORA license Required
- A Valid Driver's License in good standing, e.g., (No Moving Violations, Suspensions or Accidents over 3-5 years period of time
- Must be flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and holiday
- Customer Service Experience: ability to work with individuals in a variety of situations
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Must have a valid SORA
Must be able to past a drug test
Must have a good driving record
- Flexible availability Morning/Evening/Overnights
- Weekends/ Holidays shifts may be required.
- F/T P/T- opportunities available
- Security Experience a Plus
- High School Diploma/GED required
