This job is Temp to Hire and is working Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.
The Administrative Assistant assists with day-to-day operations and will provide support to the Executive Vice President and staff.
Responsibilities
- Compiles data and arranges reports
- Coordinates business appointments and travel schedules
- Schedule meetings and assist with meeting preparation
- Coordinate plant activities to aid in reaching goals and objectives
- Assist Human Resources with HR related activities
- Participates or leads special projects/events
Qualifications
- 2-3 years related work experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $22 - $24
