As Credit Manager, you’ll oversee accounts receivable, credit, and collections operations, while partnering closely with departments across the company—from sales to finance—to drive results and ensure customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team managing AR, credit, and collections with consistency and accuracy
- Oversee credit policies and AR across multiple platforms to ensure timely collections
- Minimize risk by developing and enforcing billing and credit procedures
- Resolve customer disputes, unapplied payments, and deductions with professionalism
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and finance to address collection issues and credit approvals
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers using credit reports and references
- Create and present AR and credit performance reports to leadership
- Stay current with credit/trade associations and industry best practices
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred)
- 5 years managing AR and credit functions, including national corporate accounts
- 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with credit reporting tools like D&B and Experian
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $80,000 - $87,500
