We are seeking a residential construction professional that is well connected in the Oxford and surrounding areas to help grow our recently launched Oxford Branch. Responsibilities include :
- Business Development - identifying new clients, prospects, and building new relationships in the area to expand reach (architects, designers, past clients, community)
- Office Management - oversee daily operations for the Oxford office
- Operations Management - Coordinate daily workflows
- Training - Team
- Estimating - assist in project estimates
- Budgeting - review project budgets and ensure accuracy and accountability
- Scheduling - Review project schedules
- Communication - effective across team and customers
- Quality Control - Upmost quality
