Our client is an established Architectural firm and is hiring a creative Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining marketing resources, designing advertisements and brochures, and developing materials for exhibits and special events. The candidate for Marketing Coordinator must have creative, artistic and graphic design skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver proposals, qualifications packages, awards submissions, and presentations
- Oversee the proposal process (RFPs / RFQs) from requirements to final delivery
- Manage existing website, social media accounts and other digital marketing strategies
- Design marketing materials including advertisements, proposals, brochures and various marketing publications
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop impactful presentations and marketing content
- Coordinate photo shoots, edit visuals, and document completed projects
- Plan an manage events, ensuring smooth execution of meetings and client engagements
- Perform other duties as assigned
