- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with 245I statue requirements.
- Collaborate with the IRTS treatment team to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in clinical meetings and staff consultations.
- Active and unrestricted LADC license in Minnesota required (ADC-Ts with supervision considered).
- Experience working in residential mental health or co-occurring treatment programs preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.
