Gateway Nebraska Healthcare is looking for an experienced MDS Resource to help support our 7 Skilled nursing Facilities in Eastern Nebraska. We are committed to providing an excellent clinical experience for our patients and an amazing work environment for our employees.
Job Overview:
· Train and develop the MDS Nurses at each facility to ensure the completion of the Resident Assessment in accordance with current company, Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
· Build relationships, advise on and help implement effective systems
· Assure that the highest efficiency, quality, resident care and safety are being maintained
Location: Eastern Nebraska
Travel: 50% of time
Salary: 100,000-110,000 annually

Qualifications:
· Must have RN License
· 3 years’ MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility
· Experience in multi-facility oversight role preferred
· Ability to travel
· Able to prioritize and organize tasks at hand to meet specific deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Knowledge of state regulations
