Job Purpose: Ensure all dishes are properly and efficiently cleaned and stocked for each department’s needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes.
- Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- Assists in other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance repeatedly.
- Must be a fast pace worker and work well with others.
- Open availability preferred
- Repetitive motions of standing up and moving about the facility, frequently bending, stooping, and kneeling are required.
- Must be able to work nights, weekend, and some Holidays.
