Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair complex problems with medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Conduct regular Preventative Maintenance inspections to prevent future issues.
- Test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions and ensure they are operating correctly.
- Utilize advanced testing equipment to identify defects.
- Accurately document all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians to achieve team goals.
Competence Requirements:
- Strong understanding of mechanics and ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Detailed-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
Qualification Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred).
- At least 2 years' experience as a Truck Technician or similar position (preferred).
- Cummins Certification (desired).
