Service Writer
As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, Hino and TICO dealership, we have 14 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. Come join our hard working, long-standing, and highly reviewed branch in Franksville, WI!

Job Duties :
- Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders
- Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs
- Verify warranty and service contracts as needed
- Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins
- Maintain service records for customers
- Prepare billing invoices for customers
- Other duties as assigned
