Parts Counterperson

Job Duties :
- Provide exemplary customer service to in-person and over the phone customers
- Answer and resolve customer questions using component and product knowledge of replacement parts and systems for all product lines
- Promote all merchandising specials, advertisement, and product lines awareness to customers to drive units per sale
- Assist in warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and adjustments
- Partner with Sales and Service department to fulfill customer orders
- Assist in parts display merchandising, warehouse maintenance and department housekeeping to include shipping and receiving parts orders
- Adhere to all GTR policies and procedures for pricing, loss inventory prevention and tracking loss sales
