**Job Overview** We are seeking a reliable and skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in a manufacturing facility. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in assembling and fabricating products according to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge and experience with power tools, hand tools, and forklift operation will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our production line. **Responsibilities** - Assemble and fabricate products according to the manufacturing facility's standard operating procedures and quality control measures. - Operate power tools, hand tools, and forklifts safely and effectively to meet production targets. - Inspect and test products to ensure they meet the required quality and safety standards. - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize assembly line performance. - Perform routine maintenance tasks on the production line, including cleaning and organizing the area. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. - Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in assembly line work, preferably in a manufacturing facility or factory environment. - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively. - Proficiency in using a forklift and experience with warehouse operations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods. - High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certification in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
