Gateway Management is currently seeking a Property Manager for our Highland Park Senior Village located in Douglasville, GA. This position is responsible for managing daily operations of a 50 unit affordable senior community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general administration, compliance, maintenance of the property, and management of employees to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community.
Requirements – Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Must
