Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products and services to doctors, healthcare professionals, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, the ability to build relationships with medical professionals, and a passion for helping healthcare providers improve patient care through high-quality medical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital purchasing managers, and other healthcare professionals to promote and sell medical products.
- Educate healthcare providers on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our medical products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations for medical staff and decision-makers.
- Identify new sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, products, and medical technologies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with healthcare institutions, ensuring a balance between company profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Attend and represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from customers and help tailor offerings to market needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in medical sales or a healthcare-related field (3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of medical products, healthcare industry standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
