Mileage reimbursement
- Reaching out and screening applicants daily to set up interviews
- Works closely with other departments to coordinate trainings and schedules for all new hires
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure all new hire onboarding paperwork is submitted prior to start date
- Responsible for updating all hiring platforms to ensure job posts are accurate and active
- Will attend career fairs, in-person or virtual, as needed
- Availability Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of ABA is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable form of insured transportation
- Must have personal and reliable transportation
- Must have a clear background check
- Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment and customer service
- Bilingual/Multilingual is a PLUS
- HYBRID POSITION
Salary : $21 - $24
