Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a range of marketing programs and activities aligned with the company’s business objectives and commercial initiatives. The role requires a proactive, motivated marketing professional who is excited about contributing to the rapid growth of novel endoscopic procedural therapies for type 2 diabetes and obesity while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaboration : Work closely with commercial, clinical, regulatory, legal, and medical affairs teams to align the execution of marketing programs with clinical trial activities and broader business objectives.
- Campaign Management : Support successful execution of clinical trial recruitment and commercial marketing campaigns, including program planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Content Development : Collaborate with internal and external partners to create engaging materials, including websites, brochures, videos, and other marketing tools.
- Congress and Event Support : Coordinate and support presence at industry congresses and company-led events.
- Data Analysis : Update and analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness and ensure a feedback loop to enhance marketing practices.
- Market Research : Support market research programs to analyze provider and patient behavior, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management : Assist in monitoring and providing reports to help ensure strategic use of resources.
- Perform all activities in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines, including, but not limited to, timely documentation of activities and maintaining all required applicable training.
- Bring a “can do” spirit to work and deliver on other responsibilities as assigned.
