What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Watch Program Lead- O'Fallon MO YMCA position at GATEWAY REGION YMCA?
- Direct and supervise all staff and responsibilities
- Must be able to effectively communicate with staff, volunteers, and parents of program participants
- Requires the ability to supervise, train and evaluate performance of class participants and instructors.
- Must have good organizational and planning skills and sound judgment.
- Aid in member retention by being knowledgeable, caring, and friendly to all members.
- Any administrative duties as needed per program
- Ensure the safety of all participants of the program assigned
- Works offsite as needed
- Organize sports set-up, clean up, and participate in activities as needed
- Adjust and operate all sports equipment as applicable
- Stay up to date with assigned sport rules and regulations
- Demonstrate noble sportsman like behavior, while monitoring participants and fans conduct to avoid any health or safety issues
- Performs all other duties as assigned
