What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Specialist - YMCA of the Ozarks position at GATEWAY REGION YMCA?
- Deliver programming and other member services that meets the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives.
- Coordinates use of facilities for program activities and events.
- Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of all Ozarks facilities.
- Implements and ensures a high level of standards and safety in all programs and activities.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proper completion of documentation where required.
- In all things be sure to keep the guests experience at the forefront of every duty completed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Facilitates programs and teambuilding for Y of the Ozarks.
- Assists with the implementation of evening programs
- Assists in implementing outdoor education curriculum as needed.
- Manages meals and acts as Meal Host when assigned.
- Facilities recreational activities such as Archery, Climbing, Axe Throwing and other activities.
