Deliver quality care by offering excellent customer service by participating in a team centered approach towards patient care. Prepare patients for exam performing heath history intake. Work directly with patients to improve their quality of care over the phone and in the office. Assist in patient care, scheduling and record keepingwhile using knowledge of office policy and procedure.Verify patient demographics and insurance information.Obtain insurance authorization and referralswhen needed. Verify physician orders, schedule patients and facilitate referrals for out-of office appointments. Minimum One (1) year experience in direct patient care with Medical Assistant degree. Must have excellent PC skills. BLS / CPR certification. Possess exceptional communication skills, critical thinking skills, and independent decision making skills. Looking for an energetic candidate that has the ability to multi-task.
