Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is looking for a Full-time overnight LPN or RN for our Center Township, PA location. Schedule will vary. Our nurses provide direct patient nursing care which includes administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments.

- Administers medications.
- Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.
- Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered.
- Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.
- Intervenes in crises and other emergency situations and provides admission phone triage.
- Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate.
- Provides patient health education.
- Completes employee health duties.
- Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.
- Must be skilled and physically able to perform necessary medical interventions when needed.
- Must demonstrate good judgement, decision making and leadership skills necessary to take responsibility for nursing-related patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state licensure as a registered or practical nurse.
- CPR Certification
- Two years’ experience in nursing field preferred.
- PA Criminal Background Check
- Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
- Pass Drug Screen
- TB Test
- CPR Certification
- Extended care facility treating those with substance use disorders.
