Description
Gateway Rehab Center is looking for PRN LPNs or RNs for our Waynesburg, PA location. Schedules will vary. Our nurse provide direct patient nursing care which includes administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments.
Responsibilities :
- Administers medications.
- Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.
- Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered.
- Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.
- Intervenes in crises and other emergency situations and provides admission phone triage.
- Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate.
- Provides patient health education.
- Completes employee health duties.
- Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.
