Job Description
The HR / Payroll Coordinator will report to the HR Manager and support all HR operations, including payroll via ADP, employee onboarding / offboarding, recruitment, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with employee records, benefits, onboarding / offboarding documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment : job postings, resume review, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Validate timesheets and submit payroll through ADP.
- Address employee complaints and assist with preliminary investigations.
- Support HR policy updates and communication.
- Distribute office memos and announcements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
- Contribute to a positive office culture and safety protocols.
