Senior Tax Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Tax and Treasury, the Treasury Analyst will dive into :

  • Daily Banking : Manage positive pay, stop payments, wire, and ACH transfers.
  • Cash Flow : Handle daily cash movements, system postings, and reporting.
  • Compliance : Prepare weekly and monthly compliance certificates.
  • Investment & Debt : Analyze investments, manage debt, and calculate interest.
  • Procurement Cards : Oversee administration.
  • Payment Innovations : Support the VP with new payment types and analysis.
  • Corporate Payments : Facilitate payments in our offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4-5 years of corporate treasury experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Strong windows, excel, and word skills
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or other web based accounting program is a plus.

    • Requirements

    8-10 years of corporate tax experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting with concentration in tax
  • Strong accounting, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Application, interpretation and implementation of tax accounting principles
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management is a plus
  • Strong Leadership capabilities- demonstration of developing team members’ capabilities
  • Strong windows, excel, and word skills; Experience with PeopleSoft or other web based accounting program a plus.
