Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Operations Trainer Lead to join our team at Gateway Search. As a key member of our training department, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that drive team performance and safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs for warehouse operations teams, focusing on QA, PIT operations, pick/pack/ship processes, safety, and WMS.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure they understand company policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the Safety team to promote safety awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
- Deliver training through classroom sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse training and operations.
- A proven background in warehouse training and operations, with strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of WMS, safety protocols, and warehouse procedures is essential.
- Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.
