SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Finance Accounts Receivable Associate includes, but is not limited to, generating invoice billings from multiple sources, accounts receivable reconciliations and all reporting related to billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and Maintain Billing Records
Manage departmental billing processes, including creating, maintaining, and updating records.
Analyze and review general ledger accounts to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as state and district policies.
Analyze and reconcile accounts receivable balances, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare, review, and enter accurate and timely journal entries into the accounting system.
Regularly review and optimize processes to eliminate redundancy and enhance overall efficiency.
