GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to join our Team in Indian Head, MD.
Position Responsibilities :
- Act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort of programs and manages across multiple teams.
- Direct efforts of team(s) to include contractors at multiple locations.
- Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program / project issues.
- Regularly brief senior leadership on program / project status and milestones.
- Oversee contractor personnel program / project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
- Manage acquisition and employment of program / project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program / project with respect to contract requirements.
Position Requirements :
Master of Science (MS) degree or a Master of Arts (MA) degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or a related scientific or technical discipline.
At least ten (10) years of relevant professional engineering management experience to include at least six (6) years of professional experience in Defense acquisition, and a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.
Position is located in Indian Head, MD.
