Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Contracting leader is seeking a Quality Control Analyst Research Assistant to provide support to our customer in Martinsburg, WV.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement quality control and quality assurance plans to assure compliance with contract specifications
- Review workflows and identify critical checkpoints to inspect
- Create quality control checklists for each checkpoint to be inspected
- Establish with management a rating system to determine what results are acceptable
- Create a feedback process that provides details of key finding to management, especially when critical errors are found
- Create reports that can be used by supervisors, managers, and the customer if directed by the Task Manager
- Perform ISO type audits to ensure all team members are in compliance with current procedures as approved by the Task COR
- Support operations supervisors by creating refresher training tools to improve identified deficiencies
- Monitor operations for conformity to established contract quality standards
- Ensure all services listed on the performance requirements summary are performed in a satisfactory manner
- Maintain Quality Control files and provide results of all inspections
- Coordinate with Management staff to create and implement improvements to processes and performance
Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass Agency Clearance
- HS Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow policies and procedures
- Experience in performing work requiring attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Sense of time management and the ability to work under time constraints
- Understanding of QA principles and Division policies and procedures
- Understanding of the importance of consistently delivering high-quality work
- Experience in identifying and submitting potential problems to appropriate levels of management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Production (Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use databases and query results
- Adaptability to frequent changes in process, procedures, and technologies
- Ability to apply a broad range of source principles, concepts and practices
- Ability to gather and analyze data in order to evaluate process performance
- Ability to illustrate information in the form of a flowchart or diagram
- Willingness to assume new tasks and / or roles as warranted
