Gather Thrift & Cafe is the leading home decor superstore that offers an extensive catalog of products, donated by the community and sold to fund our mission.
We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for the sales process from engaging customers to ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals. We are looking for a self-motivated retail Sales Associate who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide genuine positive energy to engage customers and achieve their goals through up-selling and cross-selling of products. The job includes working with customers on their needs and buying decisions and providing information about various products and services. All new staff will be cross trained during orientation to be available to work in all 3 areas within the organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
