Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of events and parties, providing excellent customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Will also assist with other events as needed. May require some off site work.
Responsibilities:
- Daily paperwork and customer calls
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage party activities to ensure a fun and engaging experience
- Assist with event setup, including decorations and seating arrangements
- Address any guest concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively
- Ensure the safety of all guests during activities
Experience:
- Previous experience with children is a plus
- Ability to engage with guests of all ages
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to provide excellent guest services
Current drivers license preferred.
