Responsibilities
- Professionally greet service customers.
- Initiate a repair order that addresses the customer’s concerns.
- Promoting the sale of service items needed for repairs or maintenance.
- Communicating the customer's needs to the technicians.
- Ensuring customers receive first class customer service!
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Minimum one year of retail automotive service experience.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to explain and sell needed services with honesty and integrity.
- Good computer skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
