Basic Job Summary

The Service Valet is responsible for greeting customers as soon as they enter the drive, for keeping the service drive drop off and pick up vehicles flowing smoothly, and assisting in miscellaneous errands as necessary.

Specific Responsibilities

• Move cars safely off the drive after write-up.
• Wash customer vehicles as directed
• Bring cars back up to the drive for customer pick up, remove all courtesy items.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and grooming.
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Follow the 10-5-First- Last and “My Pleasure” customer contact process
• Arrive at work, take lunch, and depart work at the times designated by management.
• Daily removal of all trash, used tires, and batteries.
• Basic equipment and facility maintenance.
• Clean and maintain the service drive and shop floors
• Inform management of any situation or event that would interfere with established objectives, standards, or company policy.
• Inform management of any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or its customers.
• This position requires Saturdays 8AM - 4PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
